Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Hive Technology and Digital Consultancy Services Limited (trading as "Integris AI") ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website, integrisai.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Integris AI is a trading name of Hive Technology and Digital Consultancy Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09532894, registered office at 92 Minster Court, Liverpool, England, L7 3QD. You can contact us about privacy matters at hello@integrisai.co.uk.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, primarily through the consultation request form on our homepage. This includes:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The business challenge you select from the form's dropdown
We do not knowingly collect any special category data (such as health, religion, or political opinions) through this form, and we ask that you don't include this in the free-text fields.
How we use your data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your consultation request and arranging a call | Legitimate interests — taking reasonable steps to respond to an enquiry you initiated |
| Keeping a record of our conversations and any services agreed | Performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to entering one |
| Sending you occasional relevant updates, if you opt in | Consent — you may withdraw this at any time |
Where your data is stored
Submissions from our website form are sent directly to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Zoho CRM, operated by Zoho Corporation. Zoho acts as our data processor. You can review Zoho's own privacy and security practices at zoho.com/privacy.html.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Fonts and third-party services
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your device's IP address is sent to Google as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy governs how they handle this. We do not use Google Fonts (or any other embedded service) to track you across other websites.
Cookies
We use minimal, strictly necessary local storage to remember your cookie preference. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus 6 years afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. If we haven't heard from you and no engagement follows, we will delete enquiry data after 12 months unless you ask us to keep it for future contact.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it (right of access)
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification)
- Ask us to delete your data, where applicable (right to erasure)
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
- Ask for your data in a portable format, where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@integrisai.co.uk. We'll respond within one month, as required by law.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, we'd like the chance to put it right — please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
